🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders placed through the Lares Health website are subject to the following Shipping & Delivery Policy. Due to import and export regulations, we currently deliver within Hong Kong only.
1. Shipping Fees & Delivery Service
Free Delivery
Enjoy FREE shipping on orders of HK$500 or above (applicable to both residential and commercial addresses).
Standard Delivery Fee
For orders below HK$500, a flat delivery fee of HK$50 will apply.
Delivery Partner
All orders are delivered by our third-party logistics partner, GOGOX.
2. Delivery Schedule & Order Tracking

(Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)

Commercial Addresses
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Residential Addresses
10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after order confirmation (excluding Saturdays and Public Holidays).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.
You may track your shipment through the GOGOX website or contact GOGOX Customer Service at +852 3590 5885.
3. Order Completion & Return Shipping
Order Collection Period
All orders must be successfully delivered within one month from the order date.
If delivery cannot be completed within this period due to customer-related reasons (including unsuccessful delivery attempts, failure to respond, or refusal to accept delivery), the order will be considered cancelled automatically, and no refund will be issued.
Return Shipping Charges
If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, refusal to accept the parcel, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, a return shipping fee equivalent to the standard delivery charge will apply.
Policy Updates
Lares Health reserves the right to amend or discontinue any free shipping or flat-rate shipping promotions without prior notice.

Scheduled Delivery Areas
Ma Wan, Discovery Bay & Tung Chung
Deliveries are made every Wednesday.
If Wednesday is a Public Holiday, delivery will be arranged within two business days after the holiday.
Sai Kung District
Deliveries are made every Thursday.
If Thursday is a Public Holiday, delivery will be arranged within two business days after the holiday.
